Joseph D. Ross, IV

Joseph focuses his practice on litigating construction liability, premises liability, labor law, products liability and general liability matters. He handles all aspects of the litigation process from pleadings, discovery and depositions to arbitration, mediation and settlement.

Prior to joining Nicoletti Hornig & Sweeney, Joseph was an assistant district attorney in the Bronx and a litigation attorney in New York City.
