Jonathan Sellers is an associate attorney with over 10 years of extensive litigation and transactional experience. He focuses on the firm’s construction practice and handles civil litigation involving construction defects, employment practices liability, construction and labor law, professional liability and legal malpractice, property damage, insurance coverage, contractual disputes, entertainment law, and LGBTQ civil rights and employee protections. Jonathan also has trial and appellate experience.
Before joining Nicoletti Hornig Namazi Eckert & Sheehan, Jonathan worked at a boutique plaintiff’s firm in Texas representing underserved clients, followed by experience at the New York City flagship office of an international Big Law firm. His diverse client base ranges from individuals living below the poverty line to large corporations in insurance, construction, and real estate, allowing him to provide personalized and dedicated legal counsel to all clients.
